Stacy Birley: Proven Financial Clarity for Your Business
Stacy Birley is the co-owner of CoeurBridge and a trusted resource for business owners who want clean, compliant, and confidence-building financial systems. From the outset, she has focused on helping clients stay organized and prepared. With more than 20 years of experience, she draws from legal, tax, real estate, and small-business operations. As a result, Stacy blends technical expertise with a practical, business-first mindset. In particular, she helps clients stay ahead of high-stakes obligations, including 1099 compliance.
Early in her career, Stacy worked in aviation law. She served as a paralegal on complex contract and civil matters. Then, in 2001, she stepped into the accounting world after purchasing a small business. At that point, she took charge of entity formation, full-cycle bookkeeping, and daily financial operations. Because of this hands-on experience, she developed a no-nonsense approach to building systems that support real-world business needs.
Over time, Stacy expanded her accounting experience even further. She worked in a CPA firm preparing individual and business tax returns. Later, she served as Accounting Manager for a major real estate company with offices across Oregon and Washington. Together, these roles strengthened her expertise in multi-entity accounting, compliance, payroll, financial workflows, and the operational structure growing companies require.
Professionally, Stacy is a Certified Paraprofessional in Bookkeeping. Academically, she holds an AA in Paralegal Studies. Currently, she is completing a combined BA/MA in Forensic Accounting through Southern New Hampshire University. Known for her clarity and direct communication style, she makes complicated requirements easy to understand and act on. As a result, business owners gain financial control without overwhelm.
Although Stacy works with clients across the United States, she currently lives in the Portland, Oregon area. From there, she supports businesses nationwide.
